FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th, 2025 10:30 AM Static Displays / Vendors / Exhibitors set up 3:00 PM Gates Open Registration opens, aircraft registration for judging, attendee, and member registration. T-shirts, and other Chapter items available for sale. Tickets for Friday night hamburger cook-out, and Saturday breakfast for sale. Aviation and other fun items will be available for purchase in the exhibit area. Visit the planes, their pilots, and owners. Fly Mart Open Aircraft Judging Begins 5:00 PM - Late Happy Hour / Beer Garden Opens (beer and wine provided by Chapter) Hamburger Cook-Out, with Delicious Desserts from our Chapter Members! Visiting with Friends and telling Stories! Registration Closes SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 20th, 2024 7:30 AM Static Displays / Vendors / Exhibitors set up 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM Pancake Breakfast (Closes at 10:00 AM) 8:30 AM Registration Opens Fly Mart Opens Exhibits Open Aircraft Judging Continues Aircraft registration for judging, attendee, and member registration.
